The Decentralization Grant program supports high quality, community-based arts and cultural activities throughout Fulton, Montgomery and Schoharie County. Not-for-profit organizations and municipalities may apply to receive up to $5000 in funding. Individual artists may apply as well, if collaborating with an organization or municipality. This grant is funded by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA). Congratulations to the 2010 DEC Grant recipients. We look forward to your events!
